Why a live journey
Roots of Safety was written as a paced, nervous-system-first path: twelve gentle Roots, one per week. Reading it on your own works. But regulation was never meant to be practiced in isolation, and a body that has spent years bracing alone often needs more than a page to learn something new.
That's what this journey adds: a new guided practice from Kristina every day, for twelve weeks, plus Kristina herself, live in the community, for support whenever you need it, alongside everyone else doing the work beside you. You still move at your own pace. You just don't have to hold the pace by yourself.

This isn't a self-guided course you're left alone with. Kristina is live in the community for support, and you can reach her directly as you move through each day's practice.

Do I need to have read the book first?
No. The book and audiobook are included, and the daily practices walk you through each Root as you go. You can read alongside the practice or start with the practice itself.
What if I miss a day, or fall behind the group?
The journey is paced around your nervous system, not a deadline. You can revisit any week, and the book stays yours long after the twelve weeks end.
How long is each daily practice?
Short and focused, built to be a daily practice you can actually sustain, not another thing to find time for.
Is this a live video call?
No. Each day's practice is recorded, so you can move through it on your own schedule. What is live is Kristina herself: she's in the community daily for real-time support, not a recording you're left alone with.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a guided nervous-system and somatic practice, not a substitute for individual therapy or crisis care. It's designed to sit alongside whatever support you already have.
